By using this website or purchasing a House of Vertex product, you agree to these terms. Orders placed via WhatsApp are confirmed only after our team responds and payment is received.

Products are inspected before dispatch. Manufacturing defects and shipping damage are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Custom-made and large products are generally not eligible for returns.

All trademarks, designs and product designs remain the property of Govinda Robotics. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
